Ukrainian Air Force spokesperson Yuri Ihnat confirmed that no warning was received before the missiles hit power plants in Kyiv around 11pm on Sunday.

However, following a meeting in Norway with U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff, Zelenskyy stated that the U.S. has resumed sharing intelligence. He confirmed that advance warnings of ballistic missile attacks are once again operational, stating that the move would save lives.
